Who we are
Our community engagement will consist of sponsoring youth sports and activities, partnering with schools and law enforcement for fund raising, and collaborating with civic organizations and other local businesses on community improvement projects. As an active partner with our community, we will be in touch with the pulse of the community and we will leverage this partnership to help build our brand. A method which has proven to be a successful business strategy - Community Engagement.
Sponsoring youth sports will include showcasing our banners and promotional materials at the sporting events. This will give brand exposure while allowing the community to get to know us face to face. Our fund-raising activities with schools and local first responders will also give us brand recognition while establishing relationships with trusted community figures or “influencing the influential” - Public Relations.
We will also build a culture of partnership with local government. We will help with fund raising events at local fire station and police events as well as represent our business at civic community awareness events. This will help establish a cooperative relationship with authority figures and trusted community servants. Even though we are not trying to seek a political relationship, every business that serves a community, has a political footprint.
One method used to have an enhanced business relationship and truly have a voice in our community we will be to participate in local initiatives, and join the chamber of commerce and other business councils. Participating in community events is important, but a more effective approach for helping to shape our community will be our input into local initiatives and future planning strategies. Knowledge of what is considered right or wrong in our industry is embedded in our training materials and regularly reinforced with our staff. We have established high standards of ethics so that any negative customer experiences will be resolved systematically and with a sense of urgency.
